Lead Operator
With 27 years of prepress experience, including 12 years in Flexo Prepress and 25 years in Packaging Prepress, Karen ensures your files are expertly prepared for flawless printing.
A graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication, she combines artistic insight with technical precision.
As a Macintosh specialist skilled in all types of application files, Karen collaborates closely with our printing staff to deliver high-quality final products.

President & CEO
With over 30 years of experience in prepress and packaging, Michelle ensures your projects are executed with excellence.
Co-founding Midagraphics in 1991 alongside her father, she transformed the company into a successful high-tech prepress services firm for the flexible packaging industry, pioneering advancements like the transition to Gravure Copper Sleeves.
Specializing in MiColor technology, Michelle provides accurate and efficient communication of color across the supply chain. She collaborates closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions that set your brand apart.

Senior Prepress Coordinator
With over 38 years of printing industry experience, including 12 years in Commercial Printing and 26 years in Packaging Prepress, Diane ensures your files are expertly prepared for flawless printing.
Trained in Fine Arts and a graduate of Three Rivers Community College with a focus on Graphic Arts, she combines artistic insight with technical precision.
As a seasoned professional responsible for communications and purchasing of gravure cylinders and sleeves for our sister company, Diane collaborates closely with customers to bring your ideas to life.
