Maximize Product Longevity
Conducted to determine product longevity under various conditions to optimize packaging solutions.
Burst Testing
Ensure Packaging Strength Under Pressure
A measure of the durability of packaging materials, ensuring they can withstand internal and external pressures during transportation and handling.
Tensile Strength Testing
Guarantee Material Durability
The analysis of the strength and elasticity of materials to prevent failures and maintain package integrity throughout the product’s lifecycle.
Tear Resistance Testing
Enhance Package Reliability
Assessing the tear resistance of materials to help design packaging that resists punctures and tears, protecting your product from damage.
Bond Strength Testing
Secure Layered Integrity
Ensures strong adhesion between laminated layers, preventing delamination and preserving the barrier properties of packaging.
Package Leak Detection
Maintain Seal Integrity
Leak detection services identify any weaknesses in seals or seams, ensuring the product remains protected from contamination or spoilage.
Chemical & Analytical Testing
Migration and Chemical Analysis (GC-MS)
Ensure Safety and Compliance
Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), detects and quantifies chemical migrants at parts-per-billion levels to guarantee the packaging meets all safety requirements.
Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR)
Verify Material Composition
FT-IR analysis allows for the identification of molecular composition of films and laminates, ensuring consistency and quality in packaging materials.
